Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our team. The candidate will support design, production, quality, or maintenance activities and gain hands-on experience in engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Drafting
- Assist in preparing 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA
- Support design modifications based on project requirements
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)
2. Production / Manufacturing Support
- Assist in production planning and process improvement
- Monitor shop floor activities
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
3. Quality & Inspection
- Support inspection of components and finished products
- Assist in documentation (checklists, reports, SOPs)
- Learn basic tools like Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
4. Maintenance (if applicable)
- Assist in machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support preventive maintenance activities
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical documents and reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Educational Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-out)
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
