Job Summary
The FTL Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's Full Truck Load (FTL) transportation business. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating freight contracts, coordinating with operations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Acquire annual transportation contracts and spot-load business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, FMCG, retail, automotive, e-commerce, and industrial clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and close commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and fleet teams for seamless service execution.
Ensure timely payment collection and resolve customer issues.
Monitor competitor activities, freight rates, and market trends.

Load volume (FTL trips)
Collection efficiency (DSO)
Sales conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction
4–8 years of experience in logistics/transportation sales, with at least 2–5 years in FTL sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of FTL operations, freight pricing, transport routes, and customer segments.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
