Job Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
2. Supervise and support the sales team.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
4. Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and billing activities.
5. Handle customer concerns and support in-store promotions.
6. Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
- Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment.
