Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Coordinator to support recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents from employees.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for recruitment and operational requirements.
- Follow up with employees and stakeholders regarding pending tasks.
- Schedule meetings and maintain coordination calendars.
- Maintain various MIS reports and trackers.
- Support project coordination and administrative activities as assigned.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, letters, emails, and official documents.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly HR and coordination reports.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Coordination, or Administration.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
