Job Title: Finance & Accounts Supervisor
Location: Kozhikode | Vacancies: 1 | Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the accounts team.
- Banking & Collections: Monitor daily bank transactions, track customer payment schedules, and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, revenue/expense reports, and executive financial summaries for management.
- Financial Analysis: Identify payment delays or data discrepancies, analyze financial metrics, and assist management in financial planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in accounts supervision (prior exposure to the travel/tourism industry is a plus).
- Strong expertise in general accounting, bank reconciliations, receivables management, and financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and software proficiency.
- Solid team leadership, analytical thinking, and communication capabilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
