- Ensuring proper shift allocation

- Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements
- Ensuring company policies are followed
- Managing employee documentation and records
- Conducting induction programs
- Organizing safety and skill training
- Improving employee performance and productivity
- Monitoring employee performance

- Managing housekeeping, canteen, transport, and facilities
