We are expanding our team in India and are looking for energetic sales professionals to join our international outbound process.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Australian outbound sales team. In this role, you will contact potential patients in Australia, introduce our dental services, understand their requirements, and book them for consultations with our dentists.
This is a sales-focused role requiring excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients in Australia.
- Explain our dental services, including implants, braces, veneers, cosmetic dentistry, and general dental treatments.
- Build rapport with patients and understand their dental concerns.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations.
- Follow up with interested patients to maximize appointment conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Work closely with the Australian clinic team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Appointment Setting.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and communicate confidently over the phone.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
