We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and documentation skills, with prior experience in the aviation industry being an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Perform gap analysis and process mapping.
- Support UAT and project implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Aviation domain experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work at the client site and relocate to Dehradun if required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
