Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management, keyword research, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop effective ad copy and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation.
- Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and overall campaign performance.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously test and optimize ads, landing pages, and targeting.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
