- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle in-store sales and billing process
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Ensure stock availability and proper arrangement
- Address customer queries and provide excellent service
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team for smooth store operations
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail/store sales (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
