Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointments, patient registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/clinic management software.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the sales team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Process billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Address client queries and resolve concerns while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure adherence to clinic protocols.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive, preferably in an aesthetic,
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
