Job Summary:
The Civil Surveyor is responsible for carrying out accurate land, topographical, and construction surveys to support residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role ensures that all site layouts, levels, boundaries, and structural alignments are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and site surveys using total station, auto level, GPS, and related surveying equipment.
- Prepare accurate survey reports, levels, layout markings, and site measurements.
- Set out works as per drawings and ensure alignment, levels, and dimensions on site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Maintain survey records, drawings, and daily measurement logs (DPR).
- Verify contractor measurements and support billing & quantity calculations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and layout work.
- Working knowledge of land revenue records, survey settlement maps, and local land laws
- Strong understanding of area calculation, boundary demarcation, and site layout procedures
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
