Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Manage material usage and site inventory efficiently
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
