Position : Telecaller Intern
Location : Vadodara
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Attend inbound inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website forms, and social media.
Explain Tanwar Ovens' products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation activities.
Update customer information in Excel sheets or CRM systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Diploma in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet usage.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales and communication skills.
