Job Summary
The Manufacturing Coordinator will ensure operational synergy across multiple manufacturing sites, acting as the bridge between regional corporate planning and local plant management. You will coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory levels, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent quality standards across all sites to meet customer demand efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor weekly/monthly production plans for multiple plants based on demand forecasts.
Regional Coordination: Coordinate daily activities between plants to ensure a consistent flow of materials and finished goods, managing cross-plant logistical bottlenecks.
Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels across all locations to avoid stock-outs while optimizing carrying costs.
Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Output, Yield, Downtime, and Waste for every plant, analysing data to improve efficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all plants adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and QMS (Quality Management Systems).
Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly production reports for senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost-effective operations, including lean manufacturing improvements across production lines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate (preferably engineering degree)
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination, with experience handling multiple locations. He will be also responsible to coordinate with all our dairy plants on daily basis ensuring MIS of all plants come with in time, Analysis and submit for action/improvement through PDCA cycle. He should also good in Excel, PPT, Analytics and follow-ups.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel, PPT.
Skills: Ability to work with team, and with diverse stakeholders.
