Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor reconciliation, payroll assistance, taxation, and financial reporting. Candidates should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally and related accounting software.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer payments and vendor order processing
- Reconcile vendor accounts and balances
- Assist in payroll processing (ESI, EPF)
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, TDS, and tax-related reports
- Maintain bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Generate financial reports, budgets, and statements
- Ensure accurate accounting records and corrections in vendor accounts
- Work with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Good communication and analytical skills
