Personal Assistant (PA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The candidate should be capable of handling schedules, communications, coordination activities, confidential documents, and daily follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business documents
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Follow up on pending tasks and management instructions
- Support recruitment coordination and administrative activities
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist in data management and MIS reporting
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and executive support operations
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Time management and follow-up capability
- Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred
