1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The person is responsible for the site operations and management of the execution works. He shall be responsible for completing the work on time, with at most quality and within the budget.
Job Description :
- · Resource Planning and Timeline Report once tender approved
- Not more than 5% deviation in resource utilization as well as the timeline
- Team planning in 3 days of MoU signing
- Budget and Project Plan 100% as per the schedule
- 98% Timeline and Budget adherence
- Procurement plan as per budget
- On-time problem-solving at work site
- Daily Project Status Report to the Reporting person
- Resource Utilization Report Weekly
- Resource Projection Report Weekly
Experience
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in site supervision
- Ability to Manage and Coordinate
Two Wheeler and Smart Phone is a must need.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
