Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in the EdTech or Education industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both offline and online marketing activities, including student lead generation, college engagement, event marketing, digital promotions, and brand-building initiatives. The candidate should be capable of executing marketing campaigns that support student admissions and business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute college visits, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and educational events.
- Coordinate campus drives, promotional activities, and student engagement programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, degree colleges, universities, schools, and educational institutions.
- Organize roadshows, exhibitions, education fairs, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage distribution of brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate with branch teams to execute local marketing campaigns.
- Identify partnership opportunities with educational institutions and corporate organizations.
- Support admission and counseling teams during events and promotional activities.
Online Marketing
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate student leads.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Assist in planning and publishing social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor online campaign performance and share reports with management.
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve online visibility.
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
- Generate quality student leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and student enrollments.
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Branding & Promotional Activities
- Execute brand awareness campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials.
- Support promotional video shoots, testimonials, and branding initiatives.
Market Research
- Study competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and student acquisition channels.
- Collect feedback from students and institutions to improve marketing strategies.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, placement, and sales teams for marketing support.
- Maintain records of events, institutional visits, and marketing outcomes.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of the EdTech and Education industry.

- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and college visits.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development sector.
- Experience in student admissions and lead generation.
- Strong network with educational institutions is preferred.
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
