BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Experience: 7+ Years – Interior Sales / Interior Business Development
Remuneration: Based on experience & expertise
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and drive sales.
* Handle client relationships, meetings, follow-ups & project closures.
* Lead and manage the Sales/BD team.
* Achieve sales targets and improve lead conversion.
* Coordinate with Design, Estimation & Execution teams.
* Build relationships with architects, builders & contractors.
* Handle quotations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
Requirements
* 7+ years of relevant experience in Interior Sales is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes & basic design concepts.
* Excellent client handling, communication, negotiation & team management skills.
* Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
