Job Title: Sales Representative (FMCG)
Location: Malbazar, Odlabari , Damdim, Chulsa.
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops and take orders regularly
- Ensure product availability and visibility in outlets
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Add new retailers in the assigned area
- Monitor competitor products and pricing
- Collect payments and maintain records
- Follow company schemes and promotions in market
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of FMCG products and market.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic calculation and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation preferred (Minimum qualification: 10+2)
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales .
- Must know local market of Islampur and nearby areas
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Ability to travel extensively within territory
