Track customer outstanding balances and aging reports.
Make regular calls and send emails to customers for payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers to resolve billing and payment-related queries.
Negotiate payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Record and allocate customer receipts in ERP/accounting software.
Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for dispute resolution.
Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
