Job Summary
IITIL is looking for a creative and performance-driven Paid Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for clients and internal business initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines execution skills with an analytical mindset, is comfortable managing day-to-day campaign operations, and can create engaging content while coordinating closely with design, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor ad budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze campaign performance.
- Support lead generation campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Improve online brand visibility and engagement.
- LinkedIn marketing & B2B campaign support.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Create engaging content (posts, banners, short copies, captions).
- Coordinate with design and development teams.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams for campaign alignment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Generate marketing reports and performance insights, including key KPIs and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights to refine marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of content marketing.
- Experience with social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling U.S.-based clients.
- LinkedIn marketing & B2B campaign experience.
- Understanding of performance marketing & ROI tracking.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (added advantage).
