What you'll do :
- Manage EB partnership operations and broker relationships.
- Drive project execution using Jira and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage Zoho Suite, MIS, reporting, and data analysis using Excel.
- Improve processes through automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Build KPI dashboards and leadership reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Handle partner onboarding, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts.
- Support sales with proposals, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
- Resolve partner/client escalations and ensure service excellence.
- Execute strategic initiatives from the Founder’s Office.
What you'll bring:
- 3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Account Management or Sales Support.
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Proficiency in MIS , Reporting , Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience with Jira, Zoho or similar platforms.
- Process Improvement and automation mindset.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
