Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in computer systems and databases while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software.
- Maintain accurate records of documents, files, and reports.
- Review data for errors and correct discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS as required.
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical records.
- Perform data backup and ensure document confidentiality.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Handle basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
- Complete assigned work within specified timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (Graduate preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in data entry or office administration
Required Skills
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM or above).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
