Key Responsibilities
Daily opening/closing stock monitoring and verification.
Physical stock vs. system/POS stock reconciliation.
Collecting and compiling inventory reports from all outlets.
Identifying stock variance, wastage, shortages and excess stock.
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Coordinating with Outlet Managers and Area Managers for stock-related discrepancies.
Monitoring GRN/Inward/Outward stock movement.
FIFO and expiry management across outlets.
Tracking slow-moving and dead stock.
Supporting regular physical stock audits.
Verifying inventory entries in DotPe/POS/ERP system.
Investigating major variances and highlighting the root cause to Operations Management.
Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring reports are submitted within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualities
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Basic understanding of restaurant/QSR inventory management.
Knowledge of POS/ERP/inventory systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple outlets and teams.
Honesty, ownership and attention to detail are very important.
Should be comfortable with physical stock counting and outlet visits.
Ability to work independently and maintain timely reporting.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Inventory / Store / Operations, preferably in QSR, Restaurant, Café or Food & Beverage industry.
Role Objective
The primary objective of this position is to ensure accurate inventory tracking, reduce stock variance and wastage, improve reporting discipline, and provide Operations Management with timely inventory visibility across all outlets.
