We're looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience who can drive business growth and generate quality leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of BDM experience
- Hands-on experience with Upwork is mandatory
- Strong client communication and proposal writing skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Exposure to international markets is preferred
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in a digital agency or B2B services environment is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
