- Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Key Skills: Exceptional crisis management, conflict resolution, quick decision-making, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure all hospital departments (nursing, housekeeping, security, and billing) run smoothly and efficiently.
- Patient Flow Management: Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize bed utilization and reduce waiting times.
- Incident Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for patient complaints, family grievances, and facility emergencies.
- Liaison: Bridge the gap between clinical teams (doctors, nurses) and non-clinical administrative staff.
- Compliance & Safety: Monitor regulatory requirements, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
- Shift Handover: Prepare detailed shift reports for incoming management, highlighting unresolved tasks and critical incidents.
Pay: ₹14,283.34 - ₹37,563.37 per month
