Position: Biology Faculty

Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Teach Biology NEET level.
- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance assessments.
- Guide students in NEET preparation with concept-based teaching.
- Solve students' doubts and provide academic support.
- Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to management/parents when required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Qualification
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- NEET coaching experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or Gujarati.
Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred.
