Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Head to manage end-to-end accounting operations and oversee financial activities, including factory-level coordination, for Rockworth Systems Furniture (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Wesource Group.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling accounts, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting functions (day-to-day accounting, ledgers, reconciliations)
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely filings
- Monitor and control factory-related financial operations
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, sales, factory) for smooth financial flow
- Prepare financial reports and MIS for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
- Experience in handling factory/accounts coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
