Location: Pune (Shindewadi)
We are currently looking for an experienced professional for a managerial role in our machine shop.
The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience with CNC and VMC machines, including strong expertise in 2D manual programming and machine setting.
Key responsibilities include
Managing and supervising CNC/VMC machine operations and ensuring efficient production
Leading shop floor activities at a managerial level
Handling foreign customers with clear and professional communication
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
Planning and monitoring overall production schedules
Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both production and external relationships effectively.
