We are hiring Freight Brokers / International Sales Professionals to join our growing US Logistics team. The role focuses on shipper acquisition, freight sales, and end-to-end load management in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls to US shippers
- Build and manage a shipper/customer portfolio
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals
- Coordinate with carriers for load booking and coverage
- Manage pricing, margins, and shipment execution
- Maintain follow-ups and sales pipeline
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in US freight brokerage / logistics OR
International Sales / B2B Sales / International Voice Process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
- Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
