Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, hygienic, and organized Chef to manage daily meal preparation and kitchen operations for our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious and high-quality meals, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Meal Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages as per the office requirements.
- Plan and prepare nutritious, balanced, and hygienic meals.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
- Accommodate dietary preferences and special meal requests whenever feasible.
- Prepare refreshments for meetings, events, and guest visits.
Kitchen Management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, pantry, dining, and food storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Inventory & Procurement
- Maintain stock levels of food items, groceries, and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare and submit purchase requirements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of kitchen essentials.
- Keep records of inventory consumption and stock availability.
Health & Safety
- Follow all health, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Executive.
- Prior experience in a corporate office, guest house, cafeteria, or hospitality environment will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent cooking and food preparation skills.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and basic continental dishes.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, office-based role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
