About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Operations Intern to support our hotel and F&B operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, OTA management, guest relations, marketing, and business administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and comfortable communicating with people.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HR Support
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for hotel and outlet positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
OTA & Reservations Support
- Update rates and inventory on OTA platforms as instructed.
- Monitor competitor pricing and prepare reports.
- Assist in managing online listings and promotions.
- Coordinate with the reservations team for booking-related tasks.
Guest & Travel Agent Relations
- Make follow-up calls to guests for feedback and booking confirmations.
- Maintain communication with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Assist in building and maintaining business relationships.
Marketing & Business Support
- Assist with social media and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and local promotions.
- Prepare reports and maintain records using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business, Commerce, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with guests, candidates, and business partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in hospitality, marketing, sales, or business operations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of hotel OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
