We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Senior Sales & Marketing Executives and Telesales Executives to join our team. Candidates with experience in the Travel Industry will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for promoting travel packages, franchise opportunities, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel packages and franchise opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct presentations and explain products/services to clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to increase business growth.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Telesales, BPO Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred.
- Experience in B2B Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.
