Role Overview
We are seeking a YouTube & Social Media Growth Consultant who can analyze our content, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic direction for both YouTube and Instagram. This is a consulting/advisory role rather than a content creation role.
Responsibilities
- Audit and analyze our YouTube and Instagram accounts.
- Develop growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, subscribers, and followers.
- Guide the team on content planning and content optimization.
- Review YouTube analytics, audience retention, CTR, watch time, and engagement metrics.
- Suggest improvements for titles, thumbnails, hooks, and content structure.
- Advise on YouTube monetization, policy compliance, and best practices.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and growth experiments.
- Conduct weekly strategy meetings with the team.
- Create actionable growth roadmaps and monthly goals.
- Monitor competitors and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing YouTube channels and/or Instagram pages.
- Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and monetization.
- Experience with content strategy, audience growth, and social media marketing.
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with news, educational, or informational content is a plus.
