About Us:
FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.
We are looking for a young and energetic Techno-Functional Consultant who will act as the face of FlexiEle for clients, handling both functional understanding and technical coordination during HRMS implementation and support.

Gain thorough understanding of all modules of FlexiEle HRMS, including workflows and system functionalities

Work closely with the technical team during HRMS implementation for new clients

Understand client HR processes and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

Coordinate with developers for customization, configuration, and issue resolution
-
Provide functional as well as basic technical support to existing clients for daily queries

Assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities

Maintain documentation for client requirements, configurations, and processes
-
Visit clients (within Delhi NCR) for quarterly meetings and discussions

Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team for smooth communication and delivery

Understanding of HR Management and complete employee life cycle

Basic technical knowledge (SQL, databases, or system configuration is a plus)

Good communication skills (spoken English) for client interaction

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle both functional and technical aspects with a learning mindset

Positive, flexible attitude with patience

BBA/MBA with HR specialization (preferred)

BE/B.Tech (CS/IT background preferred)

Any graduate with a mix of HR and technical exposure

MBA HR freshers can apply

6 months to 1 year experience in HRMS/IT/HR domain preferred for other graduates

Compensation as per industry standards for freshers

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
