Purpose of the Job Major Tasks
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and financial performance against budget, forecast, and actual results
- Prepare periodic cost/ financial reports and variance analysis
- Conduct financial analyses on capital expenditures, cost-saving initiatives, and other business projects
- Develop and implement cost accounting methodologies, including standard costing and activity-based costing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Continuously monitor and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
- Research material costs to ensure the accuracy of the information in the company's accounting system
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard prices to actual production costs

Minimum Qualification Cost Management Accounting or Inter
Other Key Skills & explain the kind of relevant experience
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Candidate should be well versed with MS Excel.
Candidate should be preferably experienced in Chemical Industry
Candidate should have worked on be well versed with SAP ERP
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
- Analytical mind with aptitude in math
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Plant Accounting and Product costing
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
