Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers.
- Promote Domestic and International holiday packages, FIT, Group Tours, and MICE products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B travel sales.
- Good knowledge of Domestic and International travel products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build partner relationships.
