Gurugram Global Heights School, a CBSE-affiliated school located on the fast-growing Dwarka Expressway corridor, is looking for an experienced, passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to lead parent interactions and drive admissions.
Position Details
- Role: Admission Counsellor
- Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
- Location: Sector 102, Gurugram, Haryana (Dwarka Expressway)
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents — counsel them on courses, admission procedures, fee structure, eligibility and our school's USPs.
- Handle enquiries across phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital leads from Meta, Google AdWords & affiliate channels.
- Follow up with leads promptly and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of every interaction using CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Complete admissions after verifying documents & eligibility as per Government / Directorate of School Education, Haryana & CBSE rules.
- Achieve — and exceed — monthly admission and enrollment targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience as an Admission Counsellor in a CBSE school (preferably in Delhi NCR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counselling, persuasion and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a must.
