- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Support payroll processing and HR administration activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
