We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to strengthen our Finance & Accounts team at Am-Zone International Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking activities, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions including purchase invoices, expense bookings, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and maintain accurate payment schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and bank balances.
- Handle petty cash accounting and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly GST and TDS workings and coordinate with consultants for statutory return filings.
- Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Process foreign remittances, maintain EDPMS records, and coordinate with banks for import-related transactions.
- Prepare forex gain/loss calculations and maintain trade documentation.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and banking partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain accurate financial records for management review.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
