We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate with proven expertise in handling Luxury / Premium Villa Projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, leading site visits, and achieving revenue targets through direct sales and channel partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for villa projects from lead generation to booking closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle walk-in clients, inbound leads, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
- Guide clients through pricing, negotiations, booking process, and documentation.
- Manage and mentor sales executives to improve team performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and property roadshows to generate business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Strong experience in villa / plotted development / luxury residential projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to lead teams and manage channel partner networks.
- Good understanding of real estate documentation and customer journey.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
