We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Fly Ash Bricks and develop new business opportunities in the construction materials market.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, builders, contractors, dealers, engineers, and other potential customers to generate leads, promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, dealers, and other potential customers to promote Fly Ash Bricks.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers in assigned areas.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, availability, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations to convert them into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and other industry professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
- Regularly report field activities and sales progress to the management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, construction materials, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and communicate with new customers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and make regular field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and the local construction market will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence is preferred.
- Bike will be given plus Petrol
