Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit quality advisors with experience in the health insurance industry.
2. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for newly recruited advisors.
3. Provide regular product, sales, and process training to advisors.
4. Monitor advisor performance and support them in achieving business targets.
5. Develop and implement training plans to enhance advisors' knowledge and productivity.
6. Maintain records related to recruitment, training, and advisor performance.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Health Insurance, Agency Sales, or Advisor Development.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
4. Ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate advisors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
