Create Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.
Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs.
Perform integrations using JSON and XML.
Develop Python scripts for automation, integrations, and data transformation.
Support migration of legacy risks into ServiceNow Risk Management.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Provide knowledge transfer and end-user/admin training.
