Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics across different regions, products, and channels.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Sales Targets Tracking:
- Track sales targets versus achievements and provide detailed analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Pay: ₹414,079.86 - ₹5,090,645.51 per month
