Job Summary
Ganpati Homez is looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate and manage CNC machines for our interior, modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture production requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC operations, material cutting, machine setup, and quality checking.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for cutting and processing plywood, MDF, particle board, acrylic, and other materials.
- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and cutting layouts.
- Load and position materials correctly before machining.
- Set machine parameters, tools, and cutting specifications as required.
- Run CNC programs/files and ensure accurate production as per design requirements.
- Check dimensions and finishing quality of CNC-cut materials.
- Identify and report machine errors, production issues, or material defects.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper production records and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to complete work as per deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines used for furniture/interior production will be preferred.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylic, and other interior materials.
- Ability to understand measurements, drawings, and CNC files.
- Basic knowledge of CNC software/programs and machine settings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused approach to work.
