Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D drawings and layouts for building projects using CAD software
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp
- Create presentation drawings using CorelDRAW (optional but preferred)
- Assist architects and engineers in design development and revisions
- Modify drawings as per client or project requirements
- Ensure drawings comply with basic building codes and standards
- Maintain drawing files and proper documentation
- Support site teams with design clarifications when required
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- CorelDRAW – optional
- Basic understanding of building layouts, plans, sections & elevations
- Good visualization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Tools/ Software Required:

- AutoCAD – For 2D building drawings, plans, sections, and elevations
- SketchUp – For basic to intermediate 3D modelling and visualization
Optional / Added Advantage
- CorelDRAW – For presentation drawings and layout preparation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in: Architecture or Civil Engineering or Interior Design or Draftsman ship or related field
