Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each client's unique needs.
- Provide direct instruction using evidence-based special education methods.
- Adapt curriculum, materials, and teaching strategies to support various learning abilities.
- Work collaboratively with therapists, medical staff, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress using standardized tools.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and interdisciplinary case reviews.
- Ensure adherence to organizational, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- Relevant certification or eligibility in special education.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
